After use, wipe clear side with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Let air dry.
Directions for use:
For hot flashes, insert pads into your bra strap (with the phase change material directly against your skin). You can insert into the bra strap so it rests at the top of your breasts. You can also move further toward your armpit or anywhere that needs cooling.
Can be used post-workout.
For sore nipples or breastfeeding pain, insert into your bra and place the pad directly over your nipples for instant relief.
The phase change material will harden again at room temperature in about 30 minutes.
For extra cooling, refrigerate prior to usage.
To clean, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Air dry. Reusable.
Do not microwave.
Do not apply to open wounds, abrasions or a break in the skin.
If punctured or damaged, discard immediately.
