On quality quiet time

Quiet time is really important to me as I spend so much time talking to people with my work. So, this means ideally no late conversations especially if they’re heavy or worrying. I aim to be in bed most nights by 10pm to ensure I have time to wind down sufficiently to hit really good, deep sleep. I never watch the news before I go to bed.
