Colleen Yee has been teaching yoga since 1998 and opened her first yoga studio in 1999. Dubbed “The First Lady of Yoga” by The New York Times, she has contributed to online yoga courses, starred in thousands of videos, and appeared in countless publications as a go-to expert. She is currently the director and owner of Yoga Shanti in Sag Harbor and NYC, as well as a co-creator of the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Program.
